New Fitness Classes now at FGC:

Hatha Yoga:  the most popular yoga world-wide, Hatha yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
  • Drop-In Monday 7:30-8:45 $10/class beginning January 13
  • beginning September 9th ~ all levels of experience welcome
  • Certified Instructor: Danna
  • Please bring water and yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes

Fitness classes are by independent facilitators and not run by Fort Gymnastics
